Once done, the documentation for further details and how to respond will be made available to you\. The Council is looking to review and enhance our Marketing and Communications function\. Significant changes in the structure and due to a need for a more enhanced and proactive service given our challenges ahead means Trafford Council are now considering how to operate their communications and marketing function going forward\. The Council is currently scoping what that specification could be and the potential methods to procure this\. The functions in scope are:  Marketing \(campaign development\)  Press, PR and internal communications  Social media management Additional information: Do not contact the buyer direct, all communication and correspondence should be sent via the messages function of the Chest\.
