## Description

Services to help build the organisation's people capability and exemplify how working in new ways can support the student services portfolio and to deliver the exemplar service for 'Booking a Timed Appointment for Student Support'\. The work will be delivered in phases and statements of work \(SoW\) relating to work within a phase may be agreed between the Parties\. The cost relates to phase one only\.
