Cumbria County Council ("the Authority") is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake a review of the transport improvement schemes contained in the Cumbrian Local Planning Authorities' (LPAs) Transport Improvement Studies. The Transport Improvement Studies form part of the evidence for the LPA's Local Plans and the transport improvement schemes are normally included within the LPA's Infrastructure Delivery Plans (IDPs).
