## Description

•SCDC is leading on a joint procurement exercise for Housing Stock Valuations on behalf of SCDC and CCC \(to join at their discretion\)\. These collectively are known as The Councils\. This contract will let with two lots lot 1 SCDC and lot 2 CCC\. SCDC has a housing company \(Ermine Street \[ESH\]\) and CCC has a housing company - \(Cambridge City Housing Company \[CCHC\]\)\. It is important to note that The Councils shall require separate invoices for both the authorities and companies for legal and accounting purposes\.
