## Description

The Authority, is conducting the procurement using open procedure for the purpose of appointing a contractor to carry out comprehensive works on the following: Fire Alarm Systems, Portable Firefighting Appliances, Hose Reels, Emergency Lighting, Dry Risers, AOV Smoke Vents and Associated Equipment in respect to: Planned Preventive Maintenance \(PPM\), Safety Inspections, Reactive Repairs and Capital Refurbishment Works and Upgrade Works for: \(a\) Seventeen Sheltered Schemes for assisted living \(b\) One General Needs Block of Flats classed as semi-sheltered \(c\) Ten Community Centres \(d\) Twenty-seven\* General Needs Blocks \*Subject to increase throughout contract duration The requirements are further described in the Specification and associated documents\.
