## Description

Leicester City Council \(the Council\) is looking to replace its existing learning management system \(LMS\) before the end of 2020\. We are looking for a new LMS that offers learning experience platform capabilities so that our learners have an intuitive user experience whether they are completing statutory or non-statutory learning interventions\. The Council is keen to explore all options and solutions available to them\.
