WSCC - TH - Marketing Littlehampton Site - AWARD

The County Council holds freehold title to Land immediately south of 'The Littlehampton Academy', West Sussex which is now surplus to operational use and considered suitable for residential development. The Council has now published a formal decision to invite bids on the open market to a secure a sale of the freehold interest and, subject to an acceptable offer level being reached, complete an early disposal. The site has an area of approximately 5.96 acres (2.41 hectares). An appeal on a previous refusal for outline planning to construct 68 dwellings was allowed in September 2016 confirming the potential for of residential use (68 dwellings). We are approaching firms, to ask for fee proposals and supporting information to carry out marketing and completion of any sale instructed on the Council's behalf.
