## Description

This contract is to commission an independent Evidence and Impact Exchange \(EIX\)\. The purpose of the Exchange will be to encourage the generation, translation and adoption of high quality evidence and evaluation in higher education, to better understand and demonstrate the contribution that it makes to social justice and mobility\.
