The Provision of Soft FM Services

Birmingham City University ("BCU") wishes to invite organisations to make an application to be considered for The Provision of Soft FM Services using the restrictive procedure.

The contract will commence on 1st August 2019 and will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a maximum period of 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance.

The contract has been broken down into the lots detailed below:

Lot 1 - Cleaning Services Lot 2 - Security Services (Manned) Lot 3 - Waste Management Services Lot 3.1 - General Waste Lot 3.2 - Hazardous Waste Lot 3.3 - Confidential & Paper Waste Lot 3.4 - WEEE & IT Waste Lot 4 - Cleaning and Waste Management Services Lot 5 - Cleaning and Security Services (Manned) Lot 6 - Soft FM Services
