The London Borough of Croydon are seeking to appoint high quality and resident focused Care Home and Residential Services providers for the services below via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). We are looking to work with businesses/providers who offer the following services: Lot 1 - Residential Care Service Category 1 Residential Care Older People Service Category 2 Residential Care Older People with Dementia Service Category 3 Residential Care Learning Disabilities Service Category 4 Residential Care Physical Disabilities or Sensory Impairment Service Category 5 Residential Care Mental Health Service Category 6 Residential Care for Autism

Lot 2 - Nursing Care Service Category 1 Nursing Care Older People Service Category 2 Nursing Care Specialist/Dementia Service Category 3 Nursing Care for Continuing Health Care Service Category 4 Nursing Care for Younger Adults Service Category 5 Intermediate Care

Lot 4 - Residential Substance Misuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Services Service Category 1 Medically assisted inpatient detoxification Service Category 2 Detox and residential rehabilitation Service Category 3 Residential rehabilitation

We anticipate that we will be carrying out a compliant OJEU tender from September 2020 to January 2020, with the new Dynamic Purchasing System approved service providers starting in February 2020. The DPS term will run for an initial period of five years with options at the sole discretion of the Council to extend for a further five periods of 12 months each with a total maximum term of 10 years.
