To under take a review of NLB's operations and assess the potential regarding the potential for any AtoN works to result in likely impacts to designated sites which are protected under the Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Regulations 1994 (as amended 2019; the "Habitats Regulations"), EU Habitats Directive the EU Birds Directive, Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, and/or the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 (the "2004 Act").

To produce a guidance document to allow NLB to undertake appropriate assessment of 3rd party AtoN submissions.
