## Description

Cornwall Council Public Health is conducting a soft market assessment to gain an understanding of specialist marketing agencies and their ability to deliver a behaviour change campaign\. The campaign aims to promote healthy ageing by encouraging older adults to adopt positive lifestyle behaviours that can improve their physical and mental health, reduce their risk of having escalated social care needs, and tackle social isolation\. The questionnaire is designed to gather information about the capabilities and expertise of marketing agencies in delivering a successful behaviour change campaign of this nature\. It is intended that the responses supplied will enable the Council to develop a business proposal\. Any such proposal would be subject to the development and approval of a business case, and, as such, this exercise implies no commercial commitment\. This is not a formal tender document\.
