RBKC - Provision of Career Development Portal

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of career development portal.

RBKC is committed to supporting staff to enable them to develop their full potential. We wish therefore to procure a self-service 'careers and staff development' portal. The portal should allow staff to take responsibility for their own learning and career development, at the same time provide targeted support for staff who need to find a new role. The content should be kept up to date and the site be tailored to various audiences as determined by RBKC.

The portal will need to be web based and capable of integration into our Oracle Learning LMS. We would also envisage that the portal could be used by our volunteers and partner organisation staff.
