## Description

Principal Contractor to deliver the construction of the Acre Road development \(the Project\), on the site of the former care home, Murray house\. The selected Contractor will be engaged to complete the RIBA stage 4 and 5 design and construct the new buildings and facilities as per the design brief and planning application\.
