Training Solution Baselining

NOTE - This is NOT an opportunity - this contract has been AWARDED. Work Order under Contract 701578645 - MLS for Military Bespoke Learning. There are a number of programmes within the Directorate which are 'In flight' all of which are at differing stages of maturity. It is currently unclear what Training Needs Analysis (TNA) documentation has been produced and of what quality. It is necessary to conduct an audit of each and its TNA product to establish if what has been produced, if at all, is fit for purpose and able to support the production of the training solution and allow progress of the programme to delivery.
