Conflict Management and Lone Working Training

1.1. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) has 2,200 employees. For those employees who interact directly with the public on a regular basis, we want to ensure that they are well prepared to manage challenging situations, if they arise. For all employees we want to ensure conflict is managed and mitigated to ensure positive working relations which are designed to provide excellent customer service. As such we wish to commission Conflict Management training for our employees
