Grounds Maintenance for the North Lots 2, 5 and 7 Only

Description

Clarion Housing Group are retendering the North Ground Maintenance for Lots 2,5 and 7 for the North region in 2024. These lots will be required to run alongside our existing Grounds Maintenance Contract in the North which commenced 1/10/2022. Our temporary contracts are due to end in December 2024, we have allowed a year for the procurement process as we need to consult with our residents. Initial Period - 12/12/24 - 30/9/2026 (21 Months) + 1/10/26 - 30/9/2027 - Optional Extension + 1/10/27 - 30/9/2028 - Optional Extension.
