## Description

Highways England is intending to set up a contract for provision of services to support the delivery of the Network Planning Division \(NPD\) 2019/2020 Network Study Programme \("the study programme"\)\. NPD, within Strategy and Planning directorate, are seeking to appoint a Network Studies Technical Partner with the ability to work in partnership with us, to provide their specialist expertise to augment our internal capabilities\.
