Description
Golding Homes is seeking to establish arrangements to deliver Fire Safety Works to its properties in and around Kent. The majority of work awarded under this Contract will be fire door installations, compartmentation, fire stopping and carpentry. It is not anticipated that material amounts of Mechanical and Electrical work will be required in the form of Fire Alarms, AOV's etc however Tenderers are advised that they may still be required to provide these types of works. The anticipated value of all Works is circa £500,000 per annum. The contract term is 5 years with the option to extend for 1nr 2 year extension to a maximum 7 year term. Extensions will be entirely based upon outstanding performance and ongoing demonstration of best value principles. Please note, this contract is also subject to leasehold consultation. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
