Provision of Learning Management System Training Content

The ONS is intending to support the learning and development of its' employees through a broad on-line learning offering. It is intended that this online offer is hosted on the organisation's existing Learning Management Technology (Totara) allowing for production of management information and reporting in a seamless way. It is also intended that all online learning is offered that allows for adaptive technology. All online learning will be SCORM compliant. The organisation has approximately 5000 staff that they would be looking to roll this provision out too.

The Organisation Objectives and the aim of the product is to create a wider e learning offer across our organisation by having access to just in time development that is tailored to the individual. This will allow individuals to assess what development they need to perform in role and to access a career pathway and create development plans.

Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to `Express an Interest` upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system.

When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from `My Tenders` area of this website and selecting the `View Details` button of this project.

Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 10th July 2020 and the deadline for submissions of the tender will be 12:00noon on 10th July 2020.
