## Description

The Council have been required to transform youth provision, to identify new and innovative solutions in order to maintain services within a reduced budget\. The cornerstone is to create a cross sector partnership independent of the Council to secure and promote a comprehensive, evidenced based youth offer\. This RFQ requires the service to provide the following service deliverable: 1\. A series of development sessions for Board members-minimum number 4 2\. An operational agreement 3\. An investors agreement 4\. A membership options appraisal 5\. An implementation/first year business plan 6\. A series of consultation events ? minimum 12 sessions 7\. An overview report detailing process leading to final products and overall recommendations/next steps\.
