## Description

A call-off from Lot B8 of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 \(Published 4 March 2022\)\. • Ecological support is required to facilitate Phase 2 of works for removal of materials \(to be carried out by a contractor\) for works to a classic hibernation roost\. • Ecological site supervision for removal of materials from the structure under a precautionary working method statement\. • Ecological support of bat survey work and mitigation requirements for completion of the works\. • Ongoing survey and site supervision support for further works and ongoing management of the site\. • Phase 2 removal works are currently planned for April 2026\. • Internal removal works are scheduled to be completed by 31 May 2026\. • Bat ecologist with NE Level 2 bat survey licence, preferably with advanced survey licences \(Levels 3 / 4\), able to hold mitigation licences for multiple species, relevant experience with classic hibernation roosts including Greater Horseshoe bat roosts\.
