Repairs and Maintenance of 5 Blocks of Flats at Laburnum Road, Weston-super-Mare (594-AHL) - AWARD

This procurement is for the provision of services related to the repairs and maintenance of 5 blocks of flats at Laburnum Road, Weston-Super-Mare.

This procurement is being tendered using an open non-OJEU procedure. AHG intends to award the contracts in January 2023, and it is our intention for works to commence in April 2023.

Tender (ITT) submissions MUST be received no later than midday on Friday 4th November 2022. Potential Providers must familiarise themselves with the operation of the e-tendering portal and allow sufficient time for the uploading of required documents. Tenders submitted after the deadline will not be accepted

It is the intention that any resulting contract will be appointed using the Minor Works Form of Contract 2016 with Contractors Design - Alliance Homes Form, and amended as required to include any terms stated within this ITT.
