## Description

Scope is to replace/upgrade existing roofs to areas 1-9, as shown in Appendix A - Bill of Materials\. This will include removal of wooden cladding, AC units x2, remove and re fix 24 roof fans and blocking up of 4 number redundant wall vents\.
