Asset Valuation Service Packages

Description

Cornwall Council is conducting a soft market assessment to gain an understanding of the potential level of interest in the market for Firms wishing to undertake a number of externalised packages of work for Asset Valuation Services both General Fund and Housing Revenue Account. The Council is particularly interested to target responses from valuation Firms that are not already on the Councils procurement frameworks. It is intended that these responses supplied will enable the Council to further develop the specification and inform us whether to use the existing Council procurement frameworks or to run an open tender for the external work.
