P4103191 - Legal Advice for Crossrail

I am pleased to inform you that your company has been selected for a Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advice to support the Crossrail team and therefore we would like to award the contract to you.

The call-off contract shall commence on the 1st April 2022 and the expiry date will be 31stth May 2023 for a period of 14 months.The total contract value will be up to £120,000 excluding VAT.

Any further extension of value or duration of this contract will require prior internal approval through DfT's governance procedures.

The contract term has been extended by one month and the new contract expiry date is the 30th June 2023.
