Framework for the Supply and Installation of Timber and Metal Fencing and Gates Lot 1 Timber Fencing & Gates Lot 2 Metal Fencing & Gates

This framework is intended for use by South Tyneside Homes, South Tyneside Council and any other body wholly owned or controlled by the Council, together with South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust, and any member of NEPO - follow link for list of included bodies (http://www.nepoportal.org ).

Any organisation able to access this Contract will be referred to in the documentation as a Contracting Authority.

South Tyneside Homes and South Tyneside Council wish to establish a framework agreement for the supply and installation of Timber and metal fencing and gates. STH & STC Reserve the right to award each lot to separate contractors.

The Repairs and Maintenance works will be on an ad hoc basis.

It is envisaged there will be a maximum of 5 suppliers appointed to the framework per lot dependent on the number and quality of bids received. Works with a value in excess of £50,000 will be subject to a mini competition whereby all the given lot suppliers will be invited Tenders will only be accepted via the NEPO portal: https://procontract.due-north.com
