2.1. Lewisham Homes Limited (LHL) was created as an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) in January 2007. It is a non-profit making company limited by guarantee, and the London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) is the sole member. The organisation is responsible for managing around 13,200 tenanted and 4,800 leasehold properties. Lewisham Homes is looking to appoint a contractor who will work with them to deliver underpinning, structural repairs and refurbishment. This contract will be for works to 24-34 Beadnell Road, Forest Hill, London SE23 1AF. 24-34 Beadnell Road is a block of 6 units, with serious structural defects.
