South East Operations requires a contract to provide additional technical resource to review, comment and approve PCF products to assist with the critical integration/handover of major project schemes into Operations. The spike in schemes for the next 6-12 months and the associated level of documentation means that the major project programme commitments are unlikely to be achieved based on the current resource levels available in Operations SE.
