Description
This Request for Information is published on behalf of the Humberside Office for the Police and Crime Commissioner. The Commissioners are issuing this Request for Information ("RFI") for the purpose of establishing how many organisations may be interested in delivering Community Justice services in the Humber Region themed around restorative interventions. This RFI is to provide early market input into the options or service delivery models. The commissioners will wish to secure a service that delivers targeted intervention for male perpetrators within the local authority areas of Humber Region. For clarity, community justice is concerned with providing restorative interventions and mediation to resolve community issues at the earliest opportunity to prevent harm associated with crime. Upholding the interests of people affected by crime and incidents as paramount, and they must be supported at every point of the journey. This procurement proposal is currently in the development stages and Commissioners wish to gauge interest from potential suppliers - this does not constitute a formal Expression of Interest or Tender process and as such Commissioners will not respond to any clarification questions.
