## Description

The Council currently employs its own fulltime staff to perform Responsive Repairs in-house, however, the Council is seeking to establish formal contractual arrangements of eligible organisations to assist in the day to day responsive repairs when required\. The contract will include up to 6 suitably qualified contractors and should score 70% or above at stage 2 in order to be included in the framework agreement\.
