Adult LD Assessments

1.1.1 Norfolk County Council (NCC) sought a dedicated partner to focus specifically on clearing the backlog of Adult LD assessments ensuring: • Every service user is assessed appropriately and as a priority • The Supplier's team shall work with the councils nominated project lead managers and Health Care professionals. • The backlog is cleared in a robust, focussed and sensitive way ensuring a strengths based approach is at the heart of every assessment.
