NOTE: This notice was updated on 05 February 2019 for the following reason: Deadline for tender response has been extended to Wednesday 13th February for 5pm\(As part of the Workplace Transformation Project, FSCS require new AV equipment and meeting room booking software to improve users meeting experience and productivity in meeting rooms and breakout areas\. FSCS would like all meeting room AV equipment and meeting room booking software to be installed and live by the end of March 2019 The contract value is circa £150k inc VAT, therefore is below the OJEU threshold\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
