Work description
The Combined Authority wishes to procure a survey covering bus users and non-users. The aim of the requirement is to understand how West Yorkshire bus users and non-users feel about the bus fare initiatives exploring any trends by demographic groups. The CA will be undertaking this comparison; this commission covers the data collection exercise only. The 5 West Yorkshire local authority districts to be monitored are Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield. For the avoidance of doubt, although York is part of the Combined Authority it outside of the West Yorkshire BSIP and therefore not in scope for this survey. This commission requires a sample that is socio-economic and demographically representative of bus users and non-users across the population of the five districts. This commission requires a questionnaire to be delivered by a face-to-face means deemed suitable by the supplier, and the returns collated.
