General Building Works (Dedicated to DLO)

Provision of continued specialist general building works support contract to service and maintain council dwellings to aid the maintenance works by the in-house direct labour organisation [DLO] and any subsequent surveys after the works. Substantially in connection with reactive repairs. This is to continue service and maintenance while the service area is awaiting procurement to tender this contract.
