The Supply and Distribution of Plumbed In Water Dispensers and Related Services

The University is coming to the end of its current water cooler contract for the supply of mains fed cold and hot water machines and is seeking competitive tenders for the lease and maintenance (bi annual maintenance of these machines).

The University currently have a total of 68 machines across our three sites :

At High Wycombe Campus we have 17 Hot/Cold Floor standing machines, 26 Cold Floor standing machines and 6 Counter top Hot/Cold machines At Uxbridge Campus we have 2 Floor standing Cold machines and 2 counter top Hot/Cold machines At Missenden Abbey we have 15 Floor standing Cold only machines.

The University on average purchase 48 boxes (2,000 cups per box) on a quarterly basis.
