JCT Minor Works Contract for works to undertaken to Remove and dispose of existing heating systems and to Supply and Fix new, fully controllable and energy efficient heating and hot water systems designed by the Contractor to achieve the design temperatures outlined in the contract documentation along with the other Employer requirements and restraints, to the properties listed in 'Activity Schedule'.
