## Description

The overall objective of the research is to understand the characteristics and attitudes of the parents who will be eligible for Tax-Free Childcare \(TFC\)\. A key aim is to understand eligible parents' and households' ability and confidence to make TFC transactions online and understand what kinds of support they will need during transition to TFC\. Additional information: This contract was let as part of a mini-competition under the DWP Social and Economic Research Framework 2013\.
