Provision of Social Care User Surveys (ASCS) & the Survey of Adult Carers in England (SACE)

North Somerset Council is required to conduct the surveys on behalf of NHS England. We are looking for a supplier to work with us to delivery these surveys

They are postal surveys, posted to a sample of individuals, for self-completion.
