The Wolfson Light Microscopy Facility \(LMF\) is a multiuser core facility that houses a wide range of confocal, widefield and light-sheet systems serving the needs of biomedical and biological scientists in the Faculties of Science, and Medicine, Dentistry and Health\. To provide the supply, installation and commissioning of a laser-based super-resolution confocal microscope that is suitable for the imaging of both live and fixed cells, tissues and small organisms\.
