Leadership and Development Programme

To respond to the requirements of the Care Act 2014 Tower Hamlets Council has identified a need to train up to 100 staff in Leadership Skills in order to lead and implement the changes in culture and working practices which the Act will require.

To this end the Council is looking for a provider to run a Leadership and Development Programme (LDP) for selected Council staff which will lead to an accredited qualification.

Additional information: Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the tender documentation will be available for download.

Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract. The council will not be liable for the lack of delegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the contract, which shall be exclusively available through the portal.

Tenderers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their ITT. The Council accepts no liability whatsoever for ITTs that are not submitted due to internet connectivity issues, transmission delays or errors

Tower Hamlets Council wiil arrange for the provision of training venues within the Tower Hamlets area at which the preferred supplier will deliver the different components of the training programme.
