## Description

Maintenance of all District Heating connections to properties managed by Nottingham City Homes on behalf of Nottingham City Council\. Planned Practice Maintenance on a biennial basis to all properties, and a Response Maintenance service where required to deal with repairs, faults, or areas of concern, and prioritised based on the nature of the issue\.
