## Description

Link Maker is the largest database of children waiting for adoption and of approved adopters in the UK, and the only one allowing profiles of both to be searched by appropriate users\. This contract is on behalf of the Regional Adoption Agency \(comprising of Cumbria, Durham and TfC/Sunderland\)\.
