Collaborative Procurement where the Councils sought to appoint a contractor to provide the following services for a range of elections and referendums: • organise and manage the printing and issue of poll cards, postal poll cards, proxy poll cards and anonymous poll cards; • organise and manage the printing and issue of postal ballot packs (including for overseas postage) and the printing of ballot papers and statutory / other election material for use in the polling stations (ordinary and tendered ballot papers);
