## Description

Fenland District Council invites suitably qualified \(RIBA\) service providers to submit a multi-disciplinary fee proposal for the design and delivery of high quality light industrial units at South Fens Enterprise Park, Chatteris, Cambridgeshire\. Services required are: Architect \(incorporating principle designer\)\. Structural and Civil Engineering design services Mechanical and Electrical design services Quantity Surveying Services\. Services to be provided from RIBA stages 1 to 7 subject to gateway reviews, feasibility and planning permission\. If successful the winning bidder would continue to work with Fenland District Council to tender for a build contractor\. Project build value is circa £1\.25 to £1\.75M\. To apply for the tender document you must be based or established in Cambridgeshire\. This is a reserved procurement as per Procurement Policy Note 11/20 for Cambridgeshire to support local companies especially in the North Cambridgeshire Area, there is adequate competition for what is a relatively low procurement for a small local authority\.
