Text to be corrected in the original notice: Instead of: 06 April 2020 Time: 11:00 Read New: 06 April 2020 Time: 15:00 Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. The OfS, on behalf of the other funding and regulatory bodies has set out proposals for expanding the target population of the NSS to include final year students on short courses\. The funding and regulatory bodies are currently consulting on proposals to make changes to the survey eligibility criteria to test the inclusion of students in all years of study\. We now wish to commission a comprehensive programme of qualitative research/testing to support these proposals and ensure the NSS remains fit for purpose\.
