The Estates Department at the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust requires a contractor to undertake the smaller planned capital schemes. The schemes are likely to be mixed building and building services to public as well as back of house areas with a value of up to £250,000 individually, although this is not guaranteed. Framework contract for a two year period, plus the option of a further 12 month period.
