Provision of Stock Condition Surveys and Energy Survyes for i4B Holdings Ltd & First Wave Housing Ltd

The Service Provider will provide two types of surveys. *Stock Condition Surveys *Energy Surveys

The Service Provider will deliver accurate and statistically reliable information, including refreshed stock condition intelligence across the companies' portfolios and related assets. This will be used to inform investment planning, option appraisals and the preparation of detailed planned and cyclical maintenance programmes and short, medium & long-term financial forecasts.

The Service Provider will collect, validate, and report upon both attribute and condition information about the stock for the purpose of improving and updating existing records and future maintenance and investment planning.

The purpose of this exercise is to select a suitably qualified RICS accredited Service Provider with sound knowledge and relevant experience of providing stock condition surveys, energy assessments, asset management database amendments, programme development and related services.

Contract to be starting late July 2022 and to be completed by 31st October 2022
