Refurbishment Works - Student Accommodation at Aragon & Seymour Court Avery Hill Campus

The Scope of Work requires include: i) Refurbishment of various bedrooms, WC’s and corridors to various flats including communal staircases; ii) Elements of the Works include: • stripping out flats in their entirety • construct stud partitions MDF ducts, Whiterock waterproof sheeting, • floor coverings, • pipework, basins, taps, WC pans, pipework insulation, towel rings, toilet roll holders, door stops, mirrors, pedal bins, • decorations (to doors, frames, architraves, skirtings, window boards, walls and ceilings) new door handles, • plaster repairs, overhaul windows, piecemeal skirting replacements and repairs, • new furniture (Bedroom furniture to be included as part of main contract, to be supplied and fitted by a named domestic subcontractor. The Principal Contractor will be required to include the named sub-contractor’s price as part of their submission with an addition for management and supervision • curtain batten, blackout curtains, towel rings, coat hooks, entrance matting, Profab enclosures, window restrictors.
