## Description

This contract is for Software Assurance and support for Mitel telephony software, and maintenance and support of Mitel telephony hardware installed and operational at some STFC sites within the UK\. Further to the initial contract period expiring on 31st August 2019, there will then be a further two optional extension periods of 12 months each, making the latest possible end date for the contract 31st August 2021\. The procurement process undertaken was a further competition via Lot 3b of CCS RM3804 Technology Services 2 framework agreement\.
